Over the last few weeks, I\u2019ve been looking for a new place to live, somewhere around Sydney. My current flatmate is going overseas and there\u2019s no way I could afford this place on my own.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
So here\u2019s the deal. I need a place to live and move into by 2007-01-26 at the latest. I need a reasonably big room to fit at least a bed and large computer desk, or space to put the computer elsewhere in the house. I require a broadband connection, or at least availability of ADSL2+ in the area to which I can relocate connection.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
Alternatively, there\u2019s a possibility that someone looking for a place to live could move in with me to my current residence; though I\u2019d need to contact my real estate agent fairly soon to organise that, before they give the place to someone else. I mostly work from home doing contract work, though occasionally some jobs require me to go into the office.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
