Remove border effect.

This is an improved version of my previous entry into Peter-Paul Koch's addEvent() competition, on Quirksmode. Although this version does not strictly abide by the rules of the contest, and thus is not my official entry, it demonstrates that it is now possible to use just the standard DOM 2 interfaces without bothering with any messy browser specific hacks. Most of those are already taken care of before the event actually reaches the event listener.
